These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Praxtor Digital Ltd. (“Zavie”, “we”, “us”), the company that operates the Zavie app and website at zavie.app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using Zavie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Zavie is a social platform that helps people discover and join casual plans — like going out, grabbing food, or exploring a city — and meet other travellers and locals. Zavie does not organise, host, supervise, or endorse any plan or meet-up. Plans are created by users, and any meeting happens between users in the real world, at their own choice and risk.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not impersonate anyone, create an account for someone under 18, or share your account with others.
To keep Zavie safe and welcoming, you agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you create (profile details, messages, photos). By posting it, you give us a limited licence to store and display it as needed to run the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.
To protect the community, we may — at our discretion and without prior notice — remove or hide content, hide or freeze plans, delete reported photos, and issue tiered actions against accounts: a warning, a temporary suspension (for example 24 hours or 7 days), or a permanent ban. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate removal. If you are banned or suspended, you may not create a new account to get around it.
7. Safety — please read
Meeting people you don’t know carries real-world risk. We do not verify users’ identities or run background checks. You are responsible for your own safety: trust your judgement, meet in public places, tell someone where you’re going, and leave any situation that feels wrong. You meet other users entirely at your own risk.
Because plans and meetings are arranged and carried out by users, to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not responsible or liable for the conduct of any user, for what happens at any plan or meeting, or for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your interactions with other users — whether online or in person.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not guarantee any outcome from using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zavie and Praxtor Digital Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
You may stop using Zavie and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data and forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Zavie after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the country where you live.
